Veteran actor Nana Patekar died at 75 on Thursday after a cardiac arrest at his Goa home. His wife, Neelakanti Patekar, a Physics graduate who cleared IIT but chose Marathi theatre, won acclaim as an actor. The couple married in 1978, lived separately later, and had a son, Malhar.
