CEC Gyanesh Kumar’s Chhattisgarh visit postponed

Mr Kumar — who is facing criticism over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls — and the fellow ECI officials were scheduled to travel from Delhi to Chhattisgarh for the visit spanning October 7 and 8
