Nora Fatehi only a witness: Lawyers say she faces no charges

Nora Fatehi’s legal team said she is neither an accused nor alleged to have committed any offence in the Sukesh Chandrashekhar case. Summoned as a witness at Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court, she sought exemption over short notice. The matter is adjourned to November 6, with fresh summons issued.
