Utssav CZ Gold Jewels’ board approved a 1:1 bonus issue, subject to requisite approvals. The company plans to issue 2,49,98,000 shares, doubling its paid-up equity capital. The record date has not been announced. Shares have gained about 55% in a month and 354% so far in 2026.
